I've spent 15 years learning how work actually gets done. Now I teach machines to help.

I started in marketing and operations, the unglamorous middle of the org chart where strategy meets execution and everything that can go sideways, does. Over 15+ years across enterprise SaaS, real estate, and property management, I developed a specific obsession: the gap between how work is supposed to flow and how it actually flows.

At Equity LifeStyle Properties I built marketing plans for 100+ properties. At Treehouse Communities I directed operations and budgets across 300+ properties and rolled out a company-wide project management system. And at Blue Yonder, I got the chance to rebuild a creative operations function from the ground up: an agency operating model, a 60-day Wrike implementation, and a set of process redesigns that increased team productivity by 80%. Along the way I founded Lady ChangeMakers, a digital marketplace for women-owned businesses. I built it from zero: marketing automation, SEO, customer acquisition, revenue systems, all of it. I grew it to over 1,000 members with a sold-out founding member launch. Running a business alone teaches you something enterprise work can't: every inefficient workflow costs you, personally, that same night. You learn to automate or you drown.

That combination of enterprise-scale process discipline and founder-level scrappiness is exactly what AI workflow design demands. AI agents don't fix broken processes; they accelerate them. The teams getting real results from AI are the ones whose workflows were mapped, standardized, and measured first. That's the work I've been doing my whole career.

Today I specialize in AI agent workflow design: translating business operations into intelligent automations that eliminate manual work and scale team output. My current focus is a 7-agent workflow playbook built on real creative-operations pain points: intake, routing, deadline risk, status reporting, and the small follow-ups that quietly eat a team's week.
